Troubleshooting

Topic Description
What is WinZip? WinZip is a licensed program used to compress, package, and distribute Teach-ER. It is used to save download times and hard drive space. A successful installation of WinZip is required in order to install Teach-ER. Please visit www.download.com and do a search for WinZip for more information, download, and installation instructions.
Trouble installing Automatic Installation version? Some Windows based systems are finicky to the automatic installation, therefore you will need to download and install the Manual Installation files, located on the main download page of this site.
Trouble opening/saving lesson plans? This feature is exclusive to registered versions of Teach-ER. If you are working with a registered copy (make sure the code and teacher name is still entered correctly on the setup screen of the program), then your lesson plan has probably become corrupt. For help, please email Support@Teach-ER.com with your corrupt lesson plan as an attachment, and our team of certified professionals will do their best to restore your lesson plan if possible.
For more information about registering your version of Teach-ER, please refer to the register page of this site.
Why does the printout say "DEMO VERSION"? Once your version of Teach-ER has been registered properly, DEMO VERSION will be replaced with the school name and teacher name on the lesson plan print outs.
For more information about registering your version of Teach-ER, please refer to the register page of this site.
