Send an email from the email account given during registration to: Support@Teach-ER.com. Only emails from the current user will be replied to. Username lookup is done this way to ensure proper authentication, and to password protect the process (through your email system).

Please note, password lookup is available at Password Lookup and will NOT be given out during the username verification process.
